About Me
I’ve always been a sensitive soul — tuned in, intuitive, and curious about the spiritual side of life. I have always felt different, and as though I never quite fit in completely....anywhere. I craved 'my tribe'.
But what I was craving was something to fill the emptiness I felt. The lack of self-worth. I didn't value who I was and my uniqueness.
Kinesiology and Australian Bush Flower Essences were a pivotal turning point for me - helping me appreciate what made me tick.
Having walked my own path with feelings of not belonging and self-doubt, I now help others through the the process of fully embracing who they are.

In this first session, we’ll look into what’s bothering you — the emotional patterns, subconscious stress, and energetic blocks and feelings 'not enough' or not belonging.
Through kinesiology-based techniques, I’ll help you reconnect with your body’s inner wisdom and begin to clear the lack of self worth. You’ll also receive a personalised Australian Bush Flower Essence blend to support your emotional recovery — created just for you and posted to your door.*

This session builds on the first session — offering the opportunity for deeper support on your emotional, energetic, and spiritual recovery.
In this session, we will explore the origin of your lack of self wroth — sometimes revisiting earlier life experiences — to allow healing to happen at the source.
The session is intuitively tailored to meet you where you're at and support your continued transformation, helping you reclaim your worth, release comparison and recognise your worth as a sensitive soul.
